Rich gumbo made with a dark roux, okra, chicken, and sausage. Served with garlic rice and scallions


Duck Crepe
Rich Duck confit, stuffed inside a fluffy corn crepe served with roasted cherry tomatoes and a duck veloute


Seafood Bouillabaisse
An aromatic stew filled with gulf seafood, shrimp, oysters, and mussels, served with a crispy jambalaya cake and a roasted red pepper rouille.


Creme Brulee
A New Orleans classic, buttery creme brulee encased by a cooked sugar shell, topped with fresh berries
