From Pan to Pen

I am/was Chef Mike Marina. This is my new website which will not be focused on catering but more of a place to express my artistic endeavors. I have left the world of pop ups and recipe development for the wide open arms of the library. The move has been  a happy and healthy one, and though I am not longer doing private dinners, I think still have something good to share with the world.
