Meet Chef Michael
A Johnson & Wales graduate with a BA in Culinary Arts and Foodservice Management, Chef Michael Marina has studied Pan Asian Cuisine in Singapore and Thailand. He has helped open several local New Orleans Restaurants and taught several cooking classes for Children and Adults. His worldwide perspective on food allows him to create dishes and experiences that are both personal and delicious.
